Thank you! I appreciate you doing this.<br /><br />I smiled when I read that you listened to the same religious tape every night and that it would put you to sleep. I had a similar tape, given by a woman during the Relief Society legacy lectures a million years ago. I think I could recite the entire 60 minute tape to you, I have listened to it so much. :)<br /><br />I agree with you that habit and routine are ESSENTIAL to getting good sleep. And, breathing strips help, too. :)<br /><br />Oh, and we have a new wee one in the family- his name is Jackson William.
